This is the new conceptual framework image of my theory related to instructional design and development. As the program is slowly getting closer to an end, I found that Instructional Technology and Development is centered through seven themes that support practice. The themes listed on the image emphasis knowledge, skills, and lifelong learning as essential and critical elements of practice that molds these themes together. Additionally, this program strengthen these tools:
